(Nursing graduates who took board exam)
I personally experienced the pressure, the sacrifices and the feeling that I'm not ready enough to sit in my chair and answer the examination sheet. Although it is hard to explain, I' not the only one who experienced that feelings. I asked my friend last week how's the board exam, then she said that the BON (Board of Nursing) is trying to get rid of the nursing graduates who are not yet ready to face the real responsibility as nurse. The exam is situational that's why if you don't know how to handle the situation written in the examination, it means that the examinees are not yet ready to face the real world of nursing.
